• Locally adopted & economic constructible design.
•  Review of Architectural & Structural design & drawings.
•  Review of design report, calculation & project documents.
•  Ensuring all deliverables comply with quality as per specification & standards.
•  Project QA/QC plans implementation.
•  Ensuring Error free & Low cost design.
• Preparation of comprehensive time bound schedule including all construction activities and all engineering services.
• Supervise the quality of material & quality of workmanship
• Monitoring the progress of work and advise client regarding measures to be taken to complete the project within the agreed time frame.
• Preparing and handing over to client “As-Built” drawings for all the Architectural and Engineering works.
